제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 AI Crafters(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 혼자 디펜스: 랜덤 유닛 합성 게임(이하 "본 앱")의 이용과 관련하여 개발자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스 내용)

본 앱은 유닛을 랜덤 소환·합성하여 웨이브를 방어하는 완전 오프라인 싱글플레이 게임입니다. 모든 게임 데이터는 이용자 기기에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

제3조 (이용료 및 광고)

본 앱은 무료로 제공되며 보상형(리워드) 광고를 포함합니다. 광고는 강제되지 않고 이용자가 보상을 위해 선택할 때만 재생됩니다. 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

제4조 (가상 아이템 및 앱 내 구매)

• 본 앱의 게임 내 재화·유닛·업그레이드 등 가상 아이템은 현금 가치가 없으며, 게임 내에서만 사용되고 환전·양도·환불되지 않습니다(관련 법령이 정한 경우 제외).
• 앱 내 구매(제공되는 경우)의 결제·환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책을 따릅니다.

제5조 (데이터 관리 및 책임)

• 본 앱의 데이터는 이용자 기기에만 저장되므로, 데이터의 백업·보관 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 앱 삭제, 기기 초기화·분실·고장 등으로 인한 게임 진행 데이터 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.

제6조 (금지행위)

이용자는 본 앱을 역설계·변조하거나, 비정상적인 방법으로 게임 데이터를 조작하거나, 관련 법령을 위반하는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

제7조 (면책)

본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 개발자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 사용으로 발생하는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

본 약관은 필요 시 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the game Solo Defense: Random Unit Merge ("the App") provided by AI Crafters ("Developer"), and the rights and responsibilities between the Developer and users.

2. Service

The App is a fully offline single-player game in which you randomly summon and merge units to defend against waves. All game data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted externally.

3. Fees and Advertising

The App is free and includes rewarded ads. Ads are never forced and play only when you choose to watch one for a reward. Ad-related data processing follows the Privacy Policy.

4. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• In-game currency, units, upgrades, and other virtual items have no monetary value, are usable only within the game, and are not exchangeable, transferable, or refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Payment and refunds for in-app purchases (if offered) follow the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Data and Responsibility

• Because data is stored only on your device, backing it up is your responsibility.
• The Developer is not responsible for loss of game progress caused by app deletion, device reset, loss, or malfunction.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not reverse-engineer or modify the App, manipulate game data by abnormal means, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as-is." To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated as needed; updates will be posted on this page.
